    universal animal pak and animal flex

    is it bad to take both packs at once? i take it after a meal

    ive been doing this for quite some time now until a friend told me thats horrible and ill absorb NOTHING

    is it that bad? i mean if i were to take them apart from each other would the benefits take the turn for the best in a drastic way?

    From what I understand, they are time released, which would give me the impression that taking them all at once should be fine.

    What I do though is take the Pak with breakfast and the Flex around bedtime. My joint seem to ache more in the morning, so hopefully the Pak takes care of that during the nighttime. No science behind that, but it's something I'm trying.
