Its ok. ME means Maximum effort. On this day you set a new PR in one lift(board press, good morning, floor press, box squat, etc.) Then you do accessory, assistance, and possibly some ab work. DE means Dynamic effort. On this day you do high sets, low weight, low reps, and high speed using either the bench or the box squat. Then you do assistance, accessory, and possibly some ab work. On DE days you rest at most 45-60 seconds. Here's an example:
ME Bench
Floor press. Work up to 1rm
Jm press. 4x8
Military press. 4x8
Weighted dips. 4x8
ME Squat
Close stance Good morning. Work up to 1rm
Glute/Ham raise. 3x10
Stiff leg deadlift. 4x8
Barbell rows. 4x8
Standing ab crunch. 3x10
DE Bench
Speed bench press- 9 sets of 3 with 60% of your max. (Do three sets with 3 different grips)
Rack lockouts. 4x4
Pushdowns. 3x10
Plate raises. 3x8
Barbell curls. 3x8
DE Squat
Speed Box squats-8 sets of 2 with 50-60% of your max
Speed deadlifts.(Every other week) 50-60% max. 3 sets of 3 Pull throughs. 4x8
Shrugs. 4x8
Wide grip Pull ups. 4x8
Weighted sit ups. 3x10
*Change exercises every two to three weeks except glute/Ham raise and maybe ab exercises*
