Hi guys,
Thinking about buying a medicine ball for some GPP work. If anyone has used them in their training, what sort of weight should I be looking at? Was thinking about using them for throws mostly. 10 lbs be sufficient?
Cheers,
Dave

You might want to get a 4 pound one as well. You'll have a lot more fun with the 4, I think, and you can do a lot more core work with it than with the 10 (you can build up to the 10, but it'll take a bit).
They are definitely useful. My 100% free website: healthierwithscience.com

/\/\ What he said.
if you can, get the ones with handles, because you can use them like a normal ball and are easier to hold onto when doing core work and stuff like that. The Answer you are looking for is SQUATS AND MILK

i love doing situps throwing a medicine ball to a partner.... you work on explosiveness, get a great pump, and make that core harder!
