    Nothing like taking a comment out of context, and then arguing against that. It's a debating strategy as old as the hills.

    Bernie D was talking about the different techniques bodybuilders use that don't necessarily give someone strength gain advantages over other types of weightlifting techniques. He was NOT saying that bodybuilding does not make someone stronger!

    Ever met anybody who's been bodybuilding for any length of time who is not stronger than if they'd never lifted weights at all? I haven't.

    You have to get someone's argument correctly restated in order to argue against it. Not just press quote and then erase most of what they said. That's not even fair.
