    How much protien per day?

    Just wondering about daily protien intake; I'm 5'10 170 lbs with a slim frame, and im trying to bulk up. I read that my daily caloric intake should be around 3500-4000g per day, but what about protien?

    ^^^ Agreed. Especially if around 1/2 of that is from a quality whey protein.

    Yeah, whey is one of the best, of not THE best sources of protein/BCAAs, and it makes it so easy to bump your protein intake up. If you're using your typical protein which has about 20g/scoop, just have an extra five scoops of that a day (spread out, obviously) and there's 100g of ultra high-quality protein added to your diet.
