Hey guys i m keshav from india. Could anybody tell me how to increase my body height. I m 18 years old and i m 5'7 tall. I came to know that by using arginine/lysine/ornithine complex increases body height is it true.pls somebody help me regarding this.

genetics, stretching might help. But it all comes down to genetics.

you can always try breaking your legs and letting them heal a couple of times. A few cycles of that and you'll be maybe an inch taller....but I wouldn't recommend it

I'm only 5"10 but my dad is 6"3. I'm 18 - is it possible I still have a growth spurt left in me? To tell you the truth I was always the shortest kid in the class, grew slower then everyone else. I never had a time when I just shot up from 5 feet to 5"10.. it just happened over time. In Grade 9 I don't even know if I was 5 feet tall yet.

ye same here it happened gradually though i was never the shortest, was average mostly
if ure dad is that tall im sure u must have atleast a couple of inches growth left
afterall guys grow until theyre 21
just keep up the exercise, sometimes thats what its down to
