who in your opinion is the most underrated IFBB pro? and why? what makes them underrated exactly? and do you think they'll get that break or get a shot at the top dogs?

Under rated because he's not as massive as the other dudes
his abs are the stuff of legends, ice cube abs man. he;s the best to me
also
David Henry
another smaller dude with superb conditioning. on his best day, his conditioning can even rival dexter jackson.

Luke Wood. Like the guy a lot and his conditioning is very good. I know there are better guys out there but I still think he ranks too low.

I've got a few choices, though my first would be Shawn Ray. Why Shawn Ray? Well, if you look at the guy - his physique, posing styles, and over all aesthetics are astounding!
He's been overlooked on not being so 'freakishly huge', like the rest of the 'top' Olympiads. His proportions are unbelievable, his thigh seperations are unbeatable, and he always comes in insanely tight at contest time. I have not seen a more complete physique.
My other choice would be Jonny Jackson. This guy is a beast. Underrated for God knows why. His placings have been pretty disappointing for what he's got.Last edited by Mordanius; 08-12-2005 at 12:25 AM. Reason: Adding attachments.

Ahmad Haidar for sure. His symmetry, proportion and size is perfect. He in my opinion defines the term 'bodybuilding'.

Dexter - I can't beleive no one else said him.
i know he places pretty high already, but i reckon he should be even higher. Clearly he has the best physique, should a few less inches than coleman/cutler stop him from overtakin them at the O, its rediculous!

Ahmad Haidar is my pick. Excellent balance and amazing abbs. No obvious weak points. Bob Paris would my pick of the 80s bodybuilders. Johnnie Jackson is also very good.

definitely branch warren. hes got massive legs, massive delts and a super thick chest. kris dim definitely should get some respect, took top three in his first pro show losing to dexter and priest.

In my eyes, it's Chris Cormier. I think the most beautiful body should win, and he has it hands down. If he gets his conditionning right, nobody is more pleasing to the eye than him. Others like Melvin Anthony and Kris Dim are also good, but never win anything.

I'm not sure some of you guys know what "underrated" means, judging by your answers.
Darremn has 3-4 pro wins,
Ahmed has been in the top 3 in virtually every show he's competed in, Shawn has a record 13 top 5 Olympia placings.....
were talking about a guy who hasen't gotten his just due, someone who despite bringing a decent package to the stage , has been placed way lowerr than you think he should have.
