Yes, alot of guys love the ironmaster super bench, seems like there's always somebody recommending it, including myself..we recommend it because of the size, angles it offers, attachments, etc
But it almost seems as if nobody here owns one...quite weird imo...
I've been thinking about this for awhile now..if it is such a good bench, how come we rarely see pics of it...lol
don't know where u got that idea.. tons of people on here own one, me included
Well I always was under the impression that very few people have them, because we rarely see pics of them...the only pics I've seen where some kids basement gym, Emohawkus' gym and Trail Warrior's gym..oh yeah and 4sale's
So I've only seen 4 im benches....there must be more owners on this forum
Like I said post em if ya got em...HitItHard, let's see some pics

"it's always a good day to start lifting"
Flex Magazine, Mar. '07, pg.44
"There is no secret routine, there is no magical number of reps and sets. What there is, is confidence, belief, hard work on a consistant basis, and a desire to succeed. This is what I mean when I say accept your limits and when the time is right, you will push right through your limits time and time again, mentally and physically."

Its not as good as some people here think....................if it was really that good of a bench you would see it in alot more showroom floors where it can be compared to other benches in the same price range, something that won't be favorable for it(being compared directly to other products).

Not denying what you said...because what you said is 100percent correct...lol
And btw Needs...yes the im is on my mind, but I do not want to buy a new bench haha...I am very satisfied with my powertec...
Some users extremely bad reviews of it hurt it allot I guess.
I'm looking to buy a bench soon, and did a search on them and kept seeing the same guy/s talk about how it's made so bad etc etc, so it kinda scares people off. (kinda like the bad reviews of the powertec benches to)
One the other hand I haven't seen any negatives of some other benches like the Bodycraft F320.

I'm still confused and undecided on what to get.
Funny, the only person I've heard badmouthing the IM bench is Busydizzyizzy oh yeah and Qualityguy01...but that's ok, we all have our own opinions...I have mine, bob has his, jerry smokes crack, it's all cool man
Alot of guys dislike the fact that when in military position on the F320, your about 6-8 inches off the ground...I myself could care less about that to be honest..but like I said, we all have different opinions and preferences..
One thing I dislike is that the seatpad cannot be adjusted when in decline position (so you cannot have a complete decline, the seatpad will always be flat) some guys could care less, but I've always prefered a complete decline...but eh what the hell do I know I'm 16 and 165lbs haha

You seem to make more sense than a lot of these other guys!
Here you go. IM Superbench in the Powertec rack with lat attachment. Not that I am offering my unqualified recommendation, but it is a good fit for my requirements.

Well if this was a compliment thanks, but if it was sarcasm, I am hurt lol...

I must ask you this: When doing incline bench, do you have to lift off the front of the rack?
Also when in upright postion, do you have to rotate the bench 180 degrees to do seated shoulder presses?
Dude I will rep you (I know it ain't much lol) if you post multiple pictures of the bench inside and out of the power rack (incline, decline, ab attachment if you have it, upright, possibly you laying on bench in incline, decline, etc..
Well I would rep you 3 times ( I know reps don't really mean anything but it's nice to have green blocks lol) I wouldn't be able to rep you 3 times in a row, but eventually I would be able to..

To answer a question that has been asked a thousand times (including by me before I bought it) and seemingly never authoritatively answered, yes. The situation for incline bench with this combo is not ideal, though it works for me. I can add some pics here later to demonstrate, but my space is kind of small, so the angles may not be great.

I do upright presses standing, haven't tried seated upright work with this combo.

JM, you should be able to do incline bench no problem if you don't have the lat attachment. I have the powertec rack without the lat attachment and im bench. I only have to use the front rack for military press. Sorry no pics, i'm a lazy bastard.
Oh and i don't have any issues with incline bench as willpullforfood does. Feels fine for me, no issues with space, don't need to change anything. For military, I have to 180 the bench and use the front rack, i find that method the best.
Like the thread says: Post em if you got em...who knows, if you post good pictures of the angles I was talking, you might get repped lol (not like a green block will do anything in the real world lol)
