all depends on how much you weigh at the moment, what bf% you're at and you're ultimate goal (which, like you said, is fat loss).

This link should help you calculate exactly how many calories you need to achieve your individual goals, and help you breakdown where those calories should come from (ie. amount from carbs, protein and fats)

    Gainer for Post WORKOUT nutriton

Hi all, sory but I just joined this forum and thread for a while, and I noticed the discussion here is about Post Workout Nutrition too.

I'm using Muscle Juice now, from Ultimate Nutrition, is there any comments about this supplement from u guys, cause i'm quite lost here. The results is quite good, i gained 8-10 lbs after 5lbs Muscle Juice, but someone in this thread said that FAT are not good for post workout nutrition (sory, i forgot his name), but the Muscle Juice contains approximately 17 grams of Fat per serving, the Fat are from MCT (medium chain tryglyceride). Please shed some enlightment here for me.

    thanks u guys.
    I really appreciate it.

Personally, i would say in the morning around , lets say 6:30 ish. Because:
A: Your testosterone levels are alot higher in the morning than in the after noon or night.
B: your more focused, relaxed because you've like slept for 6-8 hrs.

Standing barbell curls would be my exercise of choice for biceps. Make sure you pay careful attention to correct standing barbell curling form, although I agree with Arnold that it's fine and good to *sometimes* swing the weight a little on the last

05I wouldn't recomend new york asian escort buying films from new york asian escorts a porn site as many times they new york escort are in the money cheating business and that's just not new york escorts right. I would rather buy from an adult store which specialises in adult material and products
