i cant stand the fact that i cannot just have one serving...lol about 10 min ago i was gonna have 2 Tbsp. of it...hell no!! i ended up eating almost half the container...wow that stuff is good

Natural, processed with added hydrogenated oil and sugar, whatever... peanut butter is good.
All nuts are good in my opinion, except brazil nuts...they're always the last to go in a container of mixed nuts.Supplement free,
healthy eater.
