    Question Cardio While Bulking

    Hey,
My workout is splitted in 5days just as an info.
I had a question about cardio. I find my stomach is starting to get bigger (obvioulsy because i eat a lot due to bulking). I was wondering, should i incorporate cardio in my workout or dont worry about it?
I am affraid to do cardio, as i am affraid im gonna loose a lot of calories.

    What do you guys think?

Moderate cardio should be ok when bulking. Of course it also depends on your metabolism and body type. An extreme ecto probably wouldnt need to do as much cardio if he;s bulking. On the other hand cardio stimulates appetite and actually can help you eat more in a bulking phase. Pro's like Gunter do cardio even when bulking because it stimulates his appetite and helps him to eat more calories.

Experiment adding 1 or 2 (low intesity) cardio sessions per week and see how it affects your weight gain.

I'd say yes to cardio... low intensity - 20 minutes 60-70% heart rate, maybe twice a week max

You said you stomach is getting bigger. Is your stomach getting bigger because you're gaining fat or because it is stretching to adapt to a high-intake diet? You should figure out which it is adjust accordingly.
BTW, if it's due to your stomach expanding you can control this a bit by eating heavy for four days, then normal for three (in a cycle). This also helps control bodyfat.

you should do a little bit of maintenance cardio for endurance, but don't go whole hog on it.

Like ~Serpent~ says, it depends on metabolism and body type. For me, about the only cardio I get on a bulk is walking to the refridgerator, lol.

what do you mean by "heavy"?
