I have been testing my body fat with the Accu-measure calipers for several months using the web site below; however, while playing around online, I have come across several other sites that calculate BF also. With the same measurements, I have come up with everything from 7% to 19%!
What formulas do you ladies use that you think are pretty accurate?
BTW, with this formula, I am lesss than 10%. I used this same formula on a friend who is seriously cut and he came out to be around 6.5% which looked pretty accurate.
There are no girls lifting hard at my gym so I have no one to compare with.
