    how much cardio during a cut?

    Keep in mind i did no cardio whilst bulking....

    rowing machine - 15 mins
    treadmill - 10 mins
    cross trainer - 15 mins

    40 mins..

    enough?

    never really liked running thats why only 10mins on treadmil..

    I do 30-35 minutes on treadmill and 15 minutes on a Cross Trainer. That works for me but try your system see how it works.
