Post your back pics
Anyone with any cool back pics to post? I'll start. I love training my back. Heavy deadlifts and weighted pullups are staples in my routine.

In fact, im pretty happy with how i look right now... Im just having a little trouble with my pecks...

Great back, Saul77
Agreed on heavy deadlifts. Yates barbell rows are another of my faves too.

Thanks moon girl and DaSwede. I'd love to have 18+ inch arms. They're 15 1/2" at present.

Nothing at all lame about that. It's quite obvious that you have been working hard. You have some great definition there Clare.

Thx for the props muscledup. Here's an okay one from the front. I know my chest is lagging but Ive been getting a lot of great tips from you guys and have been implementing them in my training. I've started a bulk diet last week and have been pretty psyched up about it.

Thanks. =) I did mainly do deadlifts and didn't give a **** about rows for a long time so my lats are very bad. But they are growing like crazy after I started doing pull-ups and chin-ups. I'll post a pic in six months. Then my lats are gonna rock

I got a back. I do pullups and T-bar rows and deads, for staples, quality from DB rows, cable rows. Older pic and i'm MUCH better, but have a look if ya want to
http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...edwidelats.jpg
Titania - fab new back pics, awesome cuts ..... attractive glutes
Golds - not bad at all. Well done.
Spytechs wife - go heavier. You doing fine.
Subby - Blades push only the top of the lats, you got to build the lat muscle to have a even spread - blades don't look great alone and are hard to flex!!! Train yourself hard and wide grip you get there
Skip where the freak is your pics man, your usually the first to jump into comparisons
Nice thread altogether.

Yea I know this...I have been bustin my a$$ trying to gain a better back. For the past couple of months I have been doing insane wide grip pullups. and heavy low rows. I hear this is the best method for gaining back muscle. Well I will see in a few more months if it is paying off. Thanks for the props though mate

I've only been lifting weights for 6 months so I'm no where as big as you guys (and girls). My goal for a while was to at least look like I lift. I think I've accomplished that. My next short term goal is 5 pounds of solid muscle.
