Thanks again,
Bodybuilding.com Forums team
If someone is glad that I've chosen to join this community then how come nobody is replying to my question? lol
I see people reading my thread but no replies. Is it just that you don't know the answer to my question? Or you could care less?
People join sites like this to get informed, and thats what I'm trying to do. I came across this site searching google and thought it would be a great place to learn a few things. Maybe I was wrong?

I'm sorry - I read your post but do not know the answer. I am a novice myself and don't feel informed enough myself to give much advice at this time. Someone will come along eventually that can answer.

I hope you are not offended because no one replied to your thread - but many mass gain questions can easily be answered by using the search button or just looking through the bodybuilding articles.
Creatine does work, but if you're new to weight training then you don't NEED creatine. Your gains and progress will come at a much faster rate than an experienced trainee. Are you doing any weight lifting right now? Eating, sleeping, resting enough?
Here is a good place to read on how to gain mass:

Creatine, by itself, is NOT a mass gainer. In fact, there is no supplement pill, powder, liquid, or substance that can just make you gain mass. Mass is gained by diet and heavy lifting.
Creatine is a substance used by people to aid in the recovery of muscle tissues, so they can work out longer and harder without becoming fatigued as early as they would otherwise.
In essence, Creatine converts the waste that the muscles produce during working out to a fuel source that the muscles can reuse almost immediately. And the reason for consuming so much water is that the fluid holds the creatine saturated in your muscles waiting to convert the waste.
So, to answer your question, Will creatine help you gain mass?...not by itself...no. But if you use it in conjunction with a proper diet and heavy lifting, then you can experience muscle gains. But, as said earlier, if you are new to lifting, then you don't need the creatine as your gains will come fairly quickly anyway.
Your question is pretty general and vague. Maybe that is the reason why no one has yet responded. I am a little hesitant writing this as you give little information about your diet, workout, experience, etc.
Hope this helps.
But to reiterate...NO, taking creatine will not add size/mass to your body.

I think what you need to gain mass and shape is eat more and lift hard and heavy. You can add creatine too, but you don't need it now. Eating more will help you gain muscle. Creatine just gives you a little extra push to lift a little heavier which helps build muscle. But right now any change you make will help you reach your goal.

Thanks for your answers
I didn't mean to be rude if thats how I came off.
Well I know I don't eat properly and not nearly enough. Thats probably my problem. I do pilates for 45 minutes every second day. Other then that not much exercise.
I wake up at lets say 9 a.m and I don't eat or drink for a few hours after I've woken up. I don't usually eat til lunchtime sometimes dinner and when I do eat it's a few bites of a hamburger and fries. So I know I don't eat enough and my metabolism is good. Is there something that can make me wan to eat?
I would like to have a full body like Kelly Clarkson rahter then Laura Flynn Boyle. But I don't want alot of muscle, I'd like to be more toned but with more mass/volume rather then muscle. I don't want to be a muscle woman.

If you're not looking to build muscle then you're probably in the wrong place. I don't mean that in a rude way or like you aren't welcome, but this is bodybuilding.com and body building is the process of building muscle. You say you want more mass which usually means muscle so I'm a little confused on what your goals are.
I can tell you that you DEFINTELY are not eating enough. In fact, that sounds like a starvation diet you are on. Like I said, I'm not clear on what your goals are, but if it want to put on mass, you should be eating 5-6 meals a day of high-quality, clean food. No hamburgers or fries. And of course, lifting heavy. And if you're only eating a couple bites of food at dinner, your metabolism will start slowing way down because it thinks your body is starving. The only way to speed up your metabolism is to eat more frequently and put on muscle.
You used Kelly Clarkson as an example of the physique you're trying to attain. I don't know how you would attain that look, but you may want to try shape.com. I think they may be able to help you a bit more as they are not as focused on the muscle-building aspect of fitness.
Good luck.

Hi there! I know that having children and breastfeeding can change your body. I'm sure you are a very busy mother who probably doesn't even think of eating yourself. In order for you to add more curves to your body you need to start using resistance training and you must start eating regularly. It's probably going to take some time to get your body used to having regular meals but it's very important. It's not just to add weight to your body. You say that your metabolism is good..well you're only 26 and not eating will catch up with you. Skipping meals also leads to other problems as well. Creatine works great when used in conjunction with weight lifting but on it's own it's not going to help you sorry

Right one thing that makes me cringe every time I see it is the 'I don't want to put on too much muscle' phrase that women always seem to quote.
They don't seem to understand that it is VERY hard to put on muscle especially for women, it takes good diet and hard work in the gym.
pinkinthemiddle, I would recommend first of all, EATING!
The one thing you do not want to do in any circumstance is follow the 'starve then take a few bites of fast food' route.
EVERYTHING you eat will go straight to storage - and you will feel tired, lethargic and slow throughout the day. Your metabolism will slow down to try and conserve as much energy as possible and you will store carbs and fat straight away.
You can put muscle on, or fat or both - I'd say a little of both would probably get you looking more full and healthy. Toned = muscle with low fat percentage, so you can always put on a little mass with fat/muscle on a bulk and then it will be easy as pie to lose the fat.
Start off every day by drinking a big glass of water and making an effort to get something down you - porage, cereal, some wholemeal toast, just something to get your appetite back on track - meanwhile read the articles on the site and get an idea of what you should be eating and doing down the gym - think positive - results require a little patience
I'd try to persuade yourself to eat something every coulple of hours and you will start to regain your appetite, just make sure its relatively healthy. Complex carbs, lean sources of protein, a little fat is good (EFAs from foods such as natural peanut butter, linseed or flax oil, fatty fish like salmon etc)
Once you get back on the eating track I guarantee you even without training you will generally feel a greater sense of health and look better - less 'flat' and dull.
Anyway this place has always got someone on, try posting in the male bodybuilding forum too - there are a lot of people with good knowledge that use this site.
