ARRRGH! Damned Diets and Temptation!!!

Ok, so without a doubt, Sunday's are the most strict (and for me, strenuous) days of my diet regime and I'm sitting here while my roomates are eating a Pizza with god knows what kind of treasures on it, a chicken and fried rice concoction and salsbury steaks and garlic mashed potatoes....


Im going to take some melatonin and down a casein shake and hopefully it'll all go away!

Anybody else having a bitch of a time staying true to your diets, I feel your pain!

A friend of mine was scoffing a Mars Bar in front of me yesterday (mind you she weighs about 98 lb so she could do with it!) and for no reason at all I REALLY wanted a bite! but I was finishing off my cut, wasn't hungry and had eaten all my food for the day so i resisted.

I think i made the right choice

my roomate eats pizza nearly every night and munches on chcolate and junk food all the time.. no urges what so ever

dedication, determination, motivation.. if u got it and are satisfied by how you look ull stay away

but if you are urging foods ilke this i would suggest maybe having them once a week in a small portion to avoid going crazy and getting very big urges for them.. everything in moderation will avoid a binge what is what you dont need..

Haha, thanks for the motivation man! Actually saturdays Im allowed to cheat somewhat in moderation, but I usually try to eat somewhat clean. You guys are lookin' good though, so keep up all the hard work!

actually in my case. having my family always leaving junk around, and tolerating it actually made me sort of immune to seeing tasty foods. it just doesn't affect me anymore, since i'm always surrounded with it in my house, and just leave it, so yeah. you'll get used to it and over it.
