    What happens with high sugar intake?

    I was just wondering what actually happens when u have a high sugar intake?

    Does fat build up if it's not used up or what?

    And, is there a minimum amount of sugar that should be taken?

    Whenever I eat simple sugars, I go to sleep for 30 mins.

    Wake up, sweating, and hungry as hell. Eat more sugars, and repeat until I stop myself.

    I try to stay away

    Actually, I don't eat ANY simple sugars unless it's a cheat. :O

    ^ thats how i get too....i swear to god sugar is just as addictive as nicotene...whenever i eat sugary foods i seem to binge and crave them for the next couple days and then i feel like absolute **** after i eat them...

    Natural Sugars like fruit are fine in the morining. With your frist meal. Lactose is not a sugar easily digested by the body. The body will choose all other sugars before that one. Hence it is usually stored as fat. It is easier to just use effective sugar complexes, and avoid dairy. If you have to drink milk once again only in the morining with your frist meal.

    Sucks for me then, cause I usually can;t drink milk in the morning
