Thumbs down stuburn muscles arent growing!???

yo, i've been working out for about 9 or 10 months now and ive gotten bigger and stronger but recently it's been quite frustrating. My back is getting bigger and better and so are my legs but my arms and chest are either staying the same size or growing sooooooooo slow that i can't even see it. im 16, 135lb's from 105lb's my current routine is monday-legs wednesday-back and biceps Friday-chest,triceps,schoulders. i do quite a lot of sets for legs in squats, leg press, leg curls, deads, calve raises and lunges and they are growing great. for chest i do flat bench, incline, then with dumbells, flies and push-ups i just do sets of those until i feel like my chest is worked. i pretty much do the same for all the rest just work em until they are pumped...? they are usually sore the next day, sometimes 2 days for legs. so i dunno why there not growing as fast? i started a new diet today incase that was the problem but i ate 6 meals a day and had 3 weight gainer shakes a day also so i dunno if that was the problem? but please help, i wanna be biggerrrrrrrr lol. thx in advance

    Thumbs up

OK first of all don't do 2 days for legs thats not a good idea. Second you might just change your routine and its possible thays yhe only problem or you might not be using enough weight try doing only 3-4 sets with 6-8 reps and increase the weight every 3 or 4 weeks or whenever you feel comfortable.

Um not sure about the problem. The diet im not sure. How much carbs/proteins/fats have you been taking in? Your doing a good workout its the one I do, maybe your overtraining by doing so many reps. Feeling the workout doesnt necesarily mean you did the workout right. Drink green tea, eat your protein, no fast foods, and take your supplements properly. Change your routine around it should work out.
