How many calories do you eat in a day?
Just out of curiosity. I've recently started cutting, so i aim at between 2500 and 2700.

Anywhere from 1500-3300. Usually about 2500, average, but 2600-3300 weights days (depending on my intensity/hunger), and <2300 rest days, lower carbs, and again, it depends how hungry I am.

2k - 3.5k, normally 2.5k
Right now I'm trying to hit a minimum of 3k per day because I've been dieting at 2kish for way too long. The fine Canadian winter is starting and I find myself cold... and I don't like that at all. My metabolism is supposed to be akin to a blast furnace. Working on getting it stoked back up before I go back to a more reasonable level to cut at.

I was bulking with 5000 this fall! Those were fun times. Now I am at ~3100, just barely below my requirements.
