WEEK 1
Mon:Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Tues:Cross Country Practice(4-5 mile run)
Wed:Back, Biceps, Legs
Thurs:CC Practice
Fri: Chest, Triceps, Shoulder
Sat: CC practice
Sun:Rest
WEEK 2
Mon:Back, Biceps, Legs
Tues:CC Practice
Wed:Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Thurs:CC Practice
Fri:Back, Biceps, Legs
Sat:CC Practice
Sun:Rest
So basically, one week i will workout chest/tris/shoulders twice and back/biceps/legs once. Another week i will workout back/biceps/legs twice and chest/tris/shoulders once, and keep alternating like that. oh and i know i am running a little too much, but the season will be over soon and i will run less.

try not to overwork yourself, with lifting, then running, only getting 1 days rest, but if you can handle it go for it. besides that seems fine.
