    Is my workout routine good or bad? Please Reply!!

    WEEK 1
    Mon:Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
    Tues:Cross Country Practice(4-5 mile run)
    Wed:Back, Biceps, Legs
    Thurs:CC Practice
    Fri: Chest, Triceps, Shoulder
    Sat: CC practice
    Sun:Rest

    WEEK 2
    Mon:Back, Biceps, Legs
    Tues:CC Practice
    Wed:Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
    Thurs:CC Practice
    Fri:Back, Biceps, Legs
    Sat:CC Practice
    Sun:Rest

    So basically, one week i will workout chest/tris/shoulders twice and back/biceps/legs once. Another week i will workout back/biceps/legs twice and chest/tris/shoulders once, and keep alternating like that. oh and i know i am running a little too much, but the season will be over soon and i will run less.

    try not to overwork yourself, with lifting, then running, only getting 1 days rest, but if you can handle it go for it. besides that seems fine.

    Training for size gains and cross country are counterproductive. Unless you are circuit training for extra cardio benefits.

    you should figure out what your goals are. like stated above its counterproductive, and you could be over trainign right now. I would switch up the training so you would be doing less on the lifting days. mabye 1chest tris, 2shoulders bis, 3legs, 4back. just my thoughts
