I find lifting just very self-rewarding. I started to feel good about myself and get in shape. A mild consequence was the fact that now look good naked

I've been doing it so long I don't remember.
I guess it is just my choice of a fitness activity.
I also like the aesthetic/artistic aspect of changing my body.

I do it becuase it keeps me on the right path. I dont drink because I choose this lifestyle and thats not easy being 19. I want to be a freak and get looks like markus ruhl does when he goes grocery shopping. It gives me something to wake up at 5 am for and promotes self dicipline and strength.

I do it for days like last Tuesday, when I read the output on my calipers and they said 9.7%...first time in my life under 10% b.f. There's nothing like a true sense of accomplishment to keep me motivated.

I don't think "'For the chicks" is such an unreasonable answer. Vanity certainly makes up a large part of the reason I train after living as a single man aged 25-35 overweight and out of shape. But the health benefits of diet and excercise in general are great as well.
