you cannot target a specific area just do more cardio...eat less make sure your protein is still high and it will eventually come off.

They do have topical agents that you can put on certain areas of the body and its supposed to burn more in that area. I used cutting gel and I promise it worked a bit. Say what you want, but if I had the problem Id certainly give it a shot.

Nope.

It is a diuretic and removes the water in the area. It would work for a show, say to get any extra water off your abs and get your skin nice and thin, but no cream burns fat. Search on here and you'll see eleventy-skillions threads about it.

Lipoderm. You are right in the sense it doesn't burn fat, but it does liberate fat stores from the topical areas from which it is applied. It actually works very well.

Bill, besides the obvious answers of proper dieting and cardio, I would recommend Lipoderm Ultra taken with Rebound XT (when it is again released).

Topical being the key term. Perhaps I was being a bit extreme, but correct me...Lipoderm or other such cream will NOT liberate gyno, much less large fat stores. The issue is someone recommending spot reduction when overall fat loss would prove a much greater benefit. Creams/gels should be last, not first. I just hate it when people recommend products over good 'ol cardio.

If it did work all over, I'd bathe in the stuff. Hourly.
