    i love it wen im cut altho i dont lyk the cutting period knowing that ur not gaining, altho i didnt lose much to any muscle,

    i do have a wierd body shape tho i made a thread on that seeing wot i cud do as i have abnormal ribs

    In pic 5 I think it was, it looks like you have a stomach on your back.
    Im not looking to look like ronnie coleman. I want a solid 180lb-200lb, being able to lift more than my bodyweight, and showing pecks, abs, and arms without flexing... After that, ill just cut, build stamina and endurance by running, and just maintain the shape...

    In fact, im pretty happy with how i look right now... Im just having a little trouble with my pecks...

    I havn't had much access to anything real good for working out with, i mean my pecs are mainly pressups and some flat bench at lunchtime at skool and the arms are just light dumbbells and the legs arnt even trained and the back i have no idea how i got muscle there i havnt really done much at all too it jst lat pull down once a week mainly at lunchtime but that wasnt in any particular planned fashion, i assume anything iv gotten is from a reasonably good diet and or good genetics

    but im buying a home gym now and will finally get to workout properly, if i got that in jst a few months im hoping to get much more from a solid 10 months

    Anyway, your chest, lats and abs look very good. Bi's look pretty good. Lower back needs alot of work (deadlifts). Traps need some work. And if you're not doing legs, start doing them.

    ok, you look excellent but heres what i see that needs work. Lower/middle back is lagging. Upper Chest is lagging.

    Your proportions are just all over the place... I don't even know where to start. Good job on cutting... your bf is low, but you're not aesthetically pleasing due to the disproportions. Your lats are big, but your lower back is not developed at all... do some stiff legged deads and do them now!!! Your traps are too small, as are your shoulders... your arms need major work they are way too thin. Chest is basically okay as are your abs, but even they need some evening out. What you need is a more well rounded workout routine; make sure you hit EVERY part of your body with all out intensity. You're young though and I think if you train hard for a year you can bring up the lagging parts. Even it all out and you'll look great... don't get discouraged by the criticisms, just accept them and be motivated to make the necessary changes. You've got the base and obviously know how to get cut, which is a huge part of the battle.
