1 Cup Ground Turkey (not ounces)

Anyone know the macros for one cup of ground turkey?

I can find them for 6 OZ or 4 OZ, but I cannot find anywhere that converts from the weight to volume...

    Thanks

Do yourself a favor and go get a little a salter scale for $20 bones. Your not going to find a weight for turkey by volume.

    Thanks...

But I don't need the weight by volume...

I am really just wanting the protein per one cup.

For fluid this might be true, but 4 oz. of turkey has a different weight/volume than 4 oz. of water.

I thought of that one, then remembered that oz./cup are diff. measurements.

OK, since no one knows this one, how about this...

How much turkey (ground) do most of you eat (of those that even eat it) to get around 30g of protein?

I know 3 or 4 oz. is the answer, but how do you measure it without a scale?

    Thanks

How do you measure to get your 4 oz. - or do you look and guess?
