Transformation.
Hello everyone.My name is Irina.I am here for a while,but it took me a while(2 years) to start doing something and not just read.I took 3 months off of work and want to make most of it.I would like to lose 50 pounds but see how I go.Anyway today my weight is 194 pounds which is about 88kg.My dream is to be around 65kg and to be toned.Planning to train with personal trainer 1 or twice a week and eating healthy.Thanks for reading I am going to update it every day or every second day so please fell free to comment.

It's good you're finally taking care of yourself. Your goal is ambitious but definitely achievable. No offense, but for the longer term maybe you should try to drop lower than 65 kgs. That's still a little heavy for a woman. Just remember not to drop too much too fast though, saggy skin is even uglier on women.

Hey there, well done for wanting to change and doing something about it.
I would recommend that you do your measurments before you start, or asap, then do them every month or so to see what is changing. Also take pictures now, and then take them every few weeks so you can see the changes aswell.
What does your diet plan and workout plan look like?

Thank you for reading.
My first day of being good.I have got a flu ,so I thought I would start 2mrw and then read your posts and thought no way I am going to do it today.
Just done 40 min on treadmeal.And feel even better.I attached my menu and training programme would apriciate if you tell me what you think.

My height is 5'9 and I have read that mucsles weigh more then fat ,so I thought that 65 kg is good.So what weight do you think will be right for me?

Hi there, where did you read that muscles weigh more than fat?
A tonne of feathers weighs the same as a tonne of iron. The difference is the space/capacity they take up.
Same as with muscle and fat, they are different capacities.
How are you getting on with your weight loss?
