you probably get naseua because you upped the does to two scoops almost imediatly, and didnt allow your body to adapt to the product. so it probably is shocking your system giving you the naseua feeling. its like a person who has never drank beer before slamming 3 beers gets a sick feeling while someone who has been drinking for years doesnt get that feeling

if you feel nauseous or sick when you take a supplement that supplement is obviously complete crap.
do you know how much **** in in naNO? literally itd take days to research that chemical list they call the ingredients. getting a good pump in the gym doesnt mean you are getting gains but if thats what you want (a good pump) then more power to you
those things arent FDA approved meaning naNO (and other products) can be filled with **** that could harm you or actually cause negative side effects. I bet if the FDA started looking at these bodybuilding supplements half of them would be taken off the shelf
naNO along with all of muscletech's overpriced garbage line would go first. I know people that have taken naNO and all they get is the energy, but no noticeably bigger muscle gain

Totally agree. Muscletech products are overpriced garbage. The ads are even funnier. They have like 8 professional bodybuidlers (Cutler, Badell, Jackson, Warren, Melvin Anthony) (cant think of the others) promoting their product. Gimme a break. The thing that makes me laugh the most is Anator p70. This is suppose to alter your genetic composition LOL....Sure, a powder can alter your genetics composition. Don't really know about the caffeine content in No-Xplode, i think it's 100 mg whereas naNO Vapor is 117mg per serving (it says it on the ingredient list)
-I agree that MTech is overpriced and marketed really heavy, but i tried naNO Vapor and had great results with it..strength gains went up, and weight went up with it and my diet..
with having a newborn baby and sleeping less b/c of the baby, Vapor DEF helped me through my workouts...just my two cents..
-speaking about the side effects for the original post, it is probably b/c you upped ur scoops immediately and ur body was shocked w/ the amount of caffeine you were ingesting..

nano
I'm on nano and it worked pretty good for me actually I'm training on it right now and I only took one scoop. But i guess I train so damn hard it really doesn't matter about the supp I'm natural so I could do with out it but, Nano does work good with only one scoop i'll c what two feels like tomorrow at the gym. And Between muscletech and bsn I've taken some of the best supps from these two companies. And for all the overhype no! overpriced yes I agree but they do work. And for the guy who said he **** better stuff than muscletech he should just start selling his **** and lets see how much he sells ur a dumbass if u don't like em don't bash em just let them do their thang and you do ur thang one

Ive just started on the musceltech Nano Vapor and have mixed opinions. Firstly, the caffiene for me was a concern. I mean, I dont see drinking the equivelant of 3 cups of coffee, simply for a 'charge' before the gym a positive thing to do. However I must say that whilst being allergic to caffeine I havent experienced any diverse effects. So far its been ok.
But what I do find is the downer comes just as quickly as the upper on this supplement so to speak.
Im 245 pounds 6 foot 2 taking only 1.5 scoops.
FYI - The cost of this product here in Australia in the 1.1kg is $109 AUD.

I was (pumped) to try vapor. Pun intended.
First day was awesome and great focus energy and pumps but after my workout i was dead. Gave in as a awesome workout.
The next day it hit me different. 3/4 way through lifting i got really tired and finished a bit early.
Third day i did 4 sets of deadlifts and couldnt continue. I felt nausea and extreme fatigue. Went home slept for 3 hours.
Gave up on it the fatigue was horrible. It did the opposite on what it was supposed to do.
I have used NOeXplode,Shock therapy, superpump and was hoping this would be as good if not exceed these others.
Needless to say im back to shock therapy and would not reccomend vapor to anyone. Better for less IMO.
But i am not a muscle tech hater. I use Cell tech and love it.

What would cause such severe fatigue?Theres a lot of caffiene in it, strange.Could it be you crashed early on it, maybe your system burns it up real quick?

Nano Vapor
The crash could be due to the sugar content. 5g per serving.

I like what naNo Vapor does for me. I just can't stand that bitter taste. I assume that's due to the gakic in it (l-arginine ketoisocaprioic acid)

He used up all his energy in that caffeine. The body gets tired. I guess his workout was intense.

NaNO vapor side effects
To start I have to agree with Ironman27 in saying that if you don't like it then don't use it, no reason to bash it. I started taking NaNO vapor, and I started with one scoop felt nothing upped it to two the next day and WOW! I felt so great, and the past couple days with it have been really great. Although I drink a lot of caffine to begin with I haven't noticed any decline in energy even when I close (about 1am) I still have a decent amount of energy going. I will say I probably paid way too much but I added almost 30 to 45 minutes to my workout without even realizing it. It really is good. As for side effects my only qualms are with the slight light headedness, but I attribute that to it being a powder and just needing to drink more water, safe to assume?
Love, Peace, and Pumps ^-^

well im on NaNO vapor as well... was really hyped to try this product... read a lot, heard some good stuff bad, bad stuff as always...
i started out taking 1 scoop for the first week, 1.5 the next, and now im up to 2 scoops... well when i took it the first and 2nd day, i felt amazing pumps and absolutely no side effects at all... going up to 1.5 i didnt feel it as much as i did the first round... when i got up to 2 scoops of this stuff it felt great but during my last 2 workouts i felt after my first set of exercises, i felt really beat and tired but i continued anyway and felt a decent pump... im gonna see how it goes when i get up to 3 scoops of this stuff...

2 scoops is a lot to tolerate of Vapor. I usually take 2.5 scoops superpump and notice very little. Then switched over to Vapor and have been doing 1.5 scoops for the past 3 months. I love the stuff.

nanovapor
I've been taking it for about a month. I have a Blue Rasberry flavor.
The taste is tolerable. I take 3 scoops now prior to training. It does little for mental focus and the pump does come about half way through my training.
I will tell you I was using no shotgun. The taste was awful. But I got a unbelievable pump on no shotgun. It was unreal. It happened a lot faster than nonovapor and a lot more extreme.
So I will go back to no shotgun and thank goodness they have a new flavor.
Both no products have me burping the whole workout. Even if I eat before taking it. That could be because I do a high dosage.
Nanovapor 1-10 10 being great
Taste- 5
Pump- 7
mental focus - 2
Stomache Discomfort-6
Hope this helps

I think nano vapor works pretty good myself although i have had a lot of the side effects people are talking about. Sometimes it would be great and i would have the best workouts of my life and other times I would get so nauseous I would have to leave after only a couple of sets, and yes sometimes i would be having a great workout and just crash after like thirty minutes and be too tired to put in a good workout. The positive days really do outweigh the negative days in this case tho. Also DO NOT take three scoops im 6'7 250 pounds and it made me sick and jittery stick with 2.5 max.

yea, nano is definitly somethin that u wanna mess around with the servings. if i took too much i would have a crash. for me the sweet spot was one and a half scoops.
im surprised at the dude who gave the focus rating a 2.
me personally i found it to be the best no suppliment that gave you focus. to me it put me in the zone to keep on lifting. i wasnt even distrated by the gym bunnies as much lol
ive tried nano vapor, nano x9, no explode, shock therapy.
not using any N.O. now though cuz im doin max ot training which means you have to be able to have rested msucles to lift as much weight as possible for a 4 to rep max. cant be pumped too much on this routine.

agreed the workouts were insane on this stuff I was passing peaks left and right when it didnt make me sick. BTW I found that if I had something small to eat like a whole wheat english muffin before I took it I wouldnt get sick and feel the same effects

Obviously certain dosages are going to effect everyone differently. I agree 100% not to go above three scoops. I guess my only question is how much water are you all drinking to get naseauses? I just started Nano vapor, but even in the past, I would take supps on an empty stomach before going to the gym and still be fine till I got home and ate something. More water, more pumps, and great time release, I am really liking NaNO Vapor right now.

Good stuff
I think it works great. I do get a weird feeling at the end but it's after about an hour of working out. To tell you the truth I think this product allows you to push your body to the point of feeling dizzy. Over work! It's great, lots of water helps.

headaches from vapor and why!
Muscle Tech VAPOR is a vasodilator, a drug or chemical that relaxes the smooth muscle in blood vessels, which causes them to dilate. Dilation of arterial blood vessels (mainly arterioles) lead to a decrease in blood pressure.
So this allows more blood flow to the muscle. It also will dilate the vessels in the brain. This will cause you headaches especially if you drink a lot of caffine. CAFFINE constricts the vessels in the brain (ever get caffine headaches?) Well Vapor does the opposite of caffine, this may cause your headaches.
Also Vapor will cause a drop in blood pressure which may cause you to faint. I like this product but I would only use it once a week or so when you want a good pump. Vapor could cause long term side effects which I can explain if anyone is interested.
Thanks,
Chris Holliday
