broken foot+muscle recovery??
ive been doing MMA training for about a year now, before that i was into powerlifting, during my training i dropped almost 30 pounds of both fat and some muscle, i recently broke my foot so i had to stop the mma training, so i decided to lift, Im noticing my lifts going up like crazy, could it just be muscle memory or does your body repair muscle faster when it also repairs the broken bone? I was told your body is in a healing state when somethings broke, so does it heal muscles faster too?
