how nutrionally sound does this shake seem to be? i know i posted something similar to this but the only thing i really would want to change if anything to this postworkout shake is lower some protein and up the oats(carbs)...
1/2 cup oats, 2 scoops protein, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup water, 1 frozen banana, 8 ice cubes=
632cals, 7g fat, 100g carbs, 46g protein...
this is a shake that i have after working out and running a mile directly afterwards...i also have a preworkout shake...thanks and REPS for help!
The only thing I would really change is that I would swap the banana for berries, such as strawberries and blueberries. You'll get more antioxidants from them. Then of course, there is that high GI route that many take...
