is there a best fish oil? or are there good brands that benefit over others?
if fish oil is really just fish oil and no brand have an advantage over the other then cant just go to the local dollar store and get them for 2 bux?

When choosing fish oil there are a lot of things to consider, apart from EPA/DHA mainly contaminants content like mercury, PCB's, arsenic, cadmium, nickel lead and oxidation (product's stability). I wouldn’t take anything that is not listed on the second website, because most likely will do more harm then good.
