Are these good? I'm trying to shape up again. I used to do weights and exercise on the punching bag.
Multi-function Home Gym Bar How does it work? is it attached to the door frame or unto the door itself?
Specialty Double-End-Bag
Power Bow
I also have both 15 lbs and 25lbs dummbbells. I have limited space in the apartment and I can't use a heavy bag since it would make so much noise and vibration. Neighbors would be cranky.

Re:are these good?
Yes they're Ok but with limited space in mind you can still get a great workout with this http://www.newyorkbarbells.tv/8145.html and this http://www.newyorkbarbells.tv/usa-0100.html and especially these http://www.newyorkbarbells.tv/kettlebells.html. You dont necessarily have to get these items from this source but you could shop around and get better prices. Basic exercises like dips, chins, leg raises, pushup variations etc can take you far. Add in those kettlebells and get serious with training and you'll look good enough to do a bowflex commercial.

JoPe, I agree freeweights are best, but I recommended what I did figuring in an apartment, regular weights may not be an option for him. Even with regular weights, chins are an important exercise and produce maximum results if you train hard on them. Ditto for the dips. And that wheel is a killer. Try it sometime without putting your knees on the pad. Just feet on the floor and hands on the wheel handle. If you can do them like that you are extremely strong where it matters. But yeah, a bench and powerblocks (or just plate loaded dumbbells) are the way to go if thats an option.
