Just curious if anybody changes up their routine considering the mass quantities of calories likely to be consumed on Thanksgiving Day?

Just another day calorie wise, for most of us.
Unless you're on a cut, then schedule a couple more cardio days and limit the pumpkin pie to under 3-5 servings.

I was thinking more along the lines of completely destroying my entire body the day before due to all the food and calories I'll be consuming the day of. Kinda dumb?

i really dont eat that much than normal, its just split into 3 meals instead of 7
