Max Muscle is very high quality. I use their HIGH 5, the big brother to Max Pro, every day. Combining whey concentrate, casein, soy protein, whey isolate, and egg albumen, It's one of the highest quality protein blends on the market. 26 gms protein and only 1 gm carb per scoop. I've also used their Max-Lean thermogenic, their Glutamine, and their carbo-max (maltodextrin) is what I mix in my post-workout shake.

I've been using High 5 for a while now and I am very happy with it. Mixes super easy, tastes great w/ just water and I have had no digestion or gas problems with it like I have with other proteins. Only downside is its a little pricey, but IMHO its well worth it.

I have been on Max Muscle products for the last year and have had great results, I have greatly liked the max pro for its multi source proteins of whey and casin and it's low carbs. One I compared ther products to other market products I have found them to be equal if not better in many for instances, there are still times where they wouldn't quite be as good but it's not been often.
