best cardio? For burning fat?
what is the best type of cardio for burning fat and for gaining endurance?
I know running is good, but that burns mostly carbs.
But slower cardio that burns fat isn't too helpful for endurance.
I heard about some HIIT cardio program. What is that?

HIIT is High intensity Interval Training. What you do is sprint one minute, walk one minute, sprint the next, walk after that etc etc. It is a great method for fat burning and will keep your metabolism up for the rest of the day if you do it in the morning. I recommend this with a mixture of low-med intensity cardio. HIIT sessions should last no longer than 20 minutes if you're doing them right, and the low-med intensity ones can be 30-40 minutes...Hope that helped.
