Let's see, 25 pounds of muscle (600 calories per pound)=15000 surplus calories, or about 2000 surplus calories a day.

That's funny. But it's gotta be BS. No one can put on 25 pounds of muscle in a week.
"Either Stand Behind Our Troops or Be Prepared to Stand Infront of Them!!!"
"It is better to judged by 12, Than to be carried by 6"
"You ask me why I carry so much gear??? I ask you why you are not prepared?"

LOL Don't let the "1 inch on your bicep in 12 hours!" kids see this, or else we're gonna have a bunch of fat-ass kids overtraining walking around calling themselves bodybuilders. Not to mention puking in the squat rack after their "20 rep squat and a gallon of milk".
You should always play fair when you have the winning hand.
