i dont feel all that good today..got a sore throat and a little cough. i definately am going to lift and lift hard, but i dont feel like doing my pre and postworkout runs today...preworkout is just a jog for .8miles and postworkout is a jog for about 1.2 miles...i want to eliminate these for a day or two just so i can recoup as far as my health goes but ill still be lifitng...is it a big deal, thanks guys.

Some doctor said on TV yesterday that when patients took 8000mg of Vitamin C during the onset of the cold, the cold vanished. 8000mg seems like quite a bit. I mean, was that one sitting or what? ...'cause your body wouldn't absorb that much at one time.
Anyway, despite what the crackhead said, some extra Vitamin C might help.

i was going to say get vitamin c too. i don`t know about 8000mg`s but at least several pieces of citrus fruit a day.
