    Question stArm pullovers and age

I once read that st arm pullovers would help broaden the chest. I also heard that because this works mostly on the intercostal muscles between the ribs, on older athletes it doesn't have so much effect. Anybody have any infor on this? Thanks

make sure you start with a light weight first and then gradualy work your self up. get the full stretch from it not just a partial movement as I have seen some do.
