Where can I find details on this program so I can work up a routine/cycle for me? Is ast's website the only place? I don't like having to sign up for something...
I've been searching here and google and haven't found anything good. (i.e. a full descriptive writeup on the program)

Well, I signed up and have been reading the articles.
Looks like he outlines a few different routines; I suppose I'll write them down and arrange them into my schedule; alternating routines every couple weeks or so.
He makes a fairly big deal about some supplements I've never taken before. I don't know how much of this to attribute to the fact that they are AST products. I've never taken anything like Dymetadrine Xtreme (or Redline, etc), I don't take creatine, glutamine, NAC, etc. All I take is a protein blend, multi-vitamin, and MRP's.

Chelnam, I have been in your position bro. there was a time when I thought Max-ot was the ****. FORTUNATELY, it didnt take me as long as other people to realise how ridiculously dogmatic max-ot is. Take Derek Charlebois for example, did max-ot for what, a full year or two? Now he's doing his own high frequency split which has given him MUCH better results. He admitted himself that he brainwashed to think all that max-ot was the best thing there ever was.
Chelnam, read around more, theres a lot of information out there about bodybuilding. Hopefully you'll get out of this "max-ot" state of mind soon.
Max-ot isnt totally flawed though, whats most irritating is their dogmatic approach to bodybuilding, and the way they push their products like you wont grow an inch without them
Goodluck
