Progress so far from 147 to 204
Well I dont actually have pics of me at 147 but im guessing the pic on the right is about 160lbs, I bulked to about 204 and am now cutting, down to 190 so far. At this stage I will probably cut for another 2 months and see how I am, wanna see how far I can be bothered to take it! If I get low enough might consider entering a comp.

Cheers, unfortunately my chest is a bit of a lagger! I hit that probably the hardest but it grows the slowest, recently i've started varying the exercises so hopefully get some more progress in that area soon

Well in the first year I put on about 22lbs and possibly lost fat, was training hard but diet was atrocious - every single day at lunch virtually was large mcdonalds meal and extra burgers etc - getting in **** load of calories but that amount was probably necessary at that stage.
Next year another 22lbs but started putting on a bit of fat, then last year and a bit was the rest - huge slowdown in weightgain lol but I think thats pretty normal as well considering I still really only got diet down pat in the last few months and now im cutting down.

Yeah I know, however it does seem to respond better if I train it more than once per week. I've got alot more experimenting to do (which I was too worried to do before when I was progressing nicely) - now my gains have slowed down alot im not worried to try vary it up a bit
