Hello All ,
I have started working out 1 month back , n i usually do mix-bang excercise almost 5 days a week . I mean , doing couple of chest , couple of shoulders n couple of calves excerices daily but now i have decided that i will be concerntrating 1 part of my body 3 days a week ( n Chest comes first ) .
I really appreciate n im thankful to the guideline given by the people of this forum previously regrading upperchest question that i asked .
These r the excercises i will be doing 3 days a week to concentrate on chest .
Now i wanna ask , wht sequence should i follow ... should i do upper chest first , middle first n lower then ... or i should do some mix-bang in excercises too like some upper , some lower n middle . i would like to know this .
n If some of u thinks that i have missed some important excercise regaring any part of chest which is effective , plzzzzzz let me know .
