Expired Muscle Milk

I have an opportunity to buy a few tubs of sealed Muscle Milk that range from 2-6 months past the expiry date? Do any experts here know if they'll still be alright?

Depends on how cheap. I would probably buy them, especially if the deal was right. But I'm not a stickler on health/safety, I guess. Some people might not touch them with a 10-foot pole.

you should be fine but the product may not be as affective.

If you buy them, consume them soon and I would think you would be fine. Just don't let another 3 months lapse or so as it would breakdown the product effectiveness.

I don't think there should be a problem. I received some MM that was expired by 2 months, and it still tasted fine.

Ive used expired Max Milk which is like the same as Muscle Milk and it tasted just fine, worked good

Thank god you said tubs. I bought expired MM that were RTD's .I would say no more than a week old.... Tell me why I was drinkin' chunks at the bottom!

id agree. although if you buy well online, I've seen them as low as $16/tub

I bought a 12 pack of chocolate and a 12 pack of vanilla at Sam's Club for only $17 each! Same expiration dates ( late 2008 ) but every one of the vanilla's have chunks at the bottom, no matter how much I shake it!

Like swallowing slimy boogers...BLECHHH!

sams club?? wwwat? they sell eas, i forgot da name but its the brand that is approved by the nfl. thats pretty cheap. i wish they sold it at the sams down here.

they sell the 22g of protein one in the super target near my house. 4 for 6.99.
they sell some mean turkey sandwiches too, i love the spicy multigrain one. yumm-o!

Yep. The one near me sells both the EAS and Muscle Milk RTD's, plus the big bags of EAS whey. The Muscle Milk's always seem to sell fast though. The EAS Rtd's are about $10 more, so it seems like they always have plenty of those.
