My girlfriend wants to start working out. As of right now she is only looking to get more fit. She worries the most about having nice abs, and losing weight in the leg area ( thighs and ass ). She is looking for a good workout schedule and was wondering about supplements. I know what I do and what supps I take and what would be good for a guy. But, I am clueless as to what to tell her. Excess weight in the thigh and glute are can be targeted and burned through cardio, powerwalking, elliptical..... and added light squats, extensions and lunges.
