pure fruit juice

are they good for you?, proper 100% fruit juice thats been squeezed/juiced (not the concentrate nonesense) their pretty expensive but are they worth it

instead of eating apples could i just drink the juice as an equivelent etc

is too much fruit or pure fruit juice bad for you if you want to loose fat

Perhaps, but you lose the skin and a lot of other healthy aspects of the fruit that make it filling and nutritious. It's definitely not an equivalent, and while 100% juice is leaps and bounds better than the alternative, you'd be much better off eating real fruit.

The main knock against fruit juice is the high calories. They are good for you, if you don't over do it and fit them into your daily intake. Eating an apple also gives you the fiber to fill you up, as opposed to drinking juice. I'd live on fruit juice, if I could..... I drink a lot of the Minute Maid Light Lemonade. It is only 15 cals a glass.

I was kind of wondering the same thing.

Does anyone here buy drinks at Jamba Juice? Or is that ujst a west coast thing?

ANYWAY, All they sell are 100% fruit juice blends and they are heaven.

I used to drink those, they are good. But once I checked out the nutritional info I quit.....right away. Some of those have close to 600 calories!!!
