Iam going to do a competion
hello iam going to do a competion 2005-12-10 and started the diet a little 2004-11-30 and the competion coming closer and i looking forward to that and here some pics from the beginning and from now

Impressive improvement. I would have placed the before images before, and the now images afterwards, because it was like okay, oh well, and then it was like damn great change.
Also, can you tell me why there is a line sinkage on your pecks?
