Do you guys think it is possible for me to bulk to 230 at 15-20% bf for this time next year???? I weigh 205 now and need to gain some mass in order to get better at the truck pull event in strongman comps.
Also, I will post more pics when I hit 210 (a short term goal!).

popeye, you must have some kind of metabolism. I saw a thing on mtv about a strongman competitor that was about 250, and about 13-15 bf%, and he barely ate 7000 calories a day!

I learned my lesson the hard way, chugging protein shakes last year with 2% milk... Milkshakes twice a week...
Now it's just mixed with water and skim milk baby...
