I just started weight training for the first time in my life. I'm 6'0" 175 lbs. My training program is weights every other day (short but intense weight lifting no more than 60 mins) and on the days I'm not weight training I'm doing HIIT cardio for approx. 20 mins. My diet is clean and I eat meals every 3 hours.
Can anyone tell me *realistically* how long it will take to see some results, as in muscle definition in my chest/upper body?
