Meal schedules, how critical is it?
OK, through the week while Im working, my frirst meal is at 6am, meal 2 is 930 am, meal 3 is 12noon, then dinner at 5pm and pre w/o drink at about 630pm and then pwo drink at about 10.
Now when Im NOT is what ive been wondering about. I like my sleep, so my first meal ends up being between 830 and 930 am, second meal at noon. And so on.
Is this messing with my metabolism to any great extent?
