Pre-Workout nutrition & No-Xplode
Does anyone have any experience having a whey shake and No-Xplode together? I get up at 5am, drink No-Xplode right away, and then hit the gym for 5:30am. Some days I feel very hungry in the morning and feel that a pre-workout snack would benefit me in the gym, but I was told to use No-Xplode on an empty stomach.
Does anyone have any advice or experience?
