Best thing is Casien Protein. And the best source of that in food is Cottage Cheese.

bedtime..
personally, i drink a MRP that contains a mixture of casein,whey,milk, and egg proteins. I mix one with about sixteen ounces of milk which adds even more casein. I also consume two tablespoons of peanut butter on two slices of whole grain bread because im looking to gain a little mass. Also...i down a tablespoon of flax seed oil to keep my hormones going and to keep my body burning fat overnight rather than muscle.

Ive tried N Large 2 with good results but if I had to buy a weight gainer I would definitely go with Cyotgainer by Cytosport. This stuff is great because the carbs in it are complex carbs. I took this stuff for 5 months straight cutting the servings in half, yet having 4 half serving shakes a day. Great Stuff.
