leg conditioning is evil
everyday I do leg conditioning,and my muscles hurts from leg conditioning from the previous day and im doing them again.
iIS THERE ANY FREAKING WAY TO LIKE RECOVER YOUR LEG MUSCLES REALLY FAST SO I DONT FEEL LIKE IM GOING TO DROP ON MY STOMACH WHEN I WALK.

hahah i'm the same way. just a few sets of squats gets me sore for days. without juicing i think you just gotta stretch and deal with it.

try takeing a cold tub at night for about 10 mins and you wont be sore the next day

i thought taking hot baths would really benifit instead of cold..

Whenever I do legs I make sure I stretch right after I'm done and then later that night. If the next day they are sore I do some very light cardio (5 mins or so). That seems to help.

hit the bike for 10 mins after leg day.
take a couple tums after hard workout, i've found cee helps me greatly in recovery times.

I think the stretching is key
my kid is going through hellweek and they have to do a lot of running, lunges, duckwalks, etc etc etc
He basically follows this ritual.....after practice....a good large dose of gatorade......followed by a ON protein shake....then dinner.
Then he does some stretching he learned at yoga before hitting the sack.......the following day he makes sure to get lots of water....some carbs.....and another good yoga stretch before heading to practice.....
What I am seeing is he is getting stronger each day while a lot of these kids are fading......

ok im about to have practice in 30 minutes(even though i don't have school today....grr)
and my legs hurt less then yesterday at least
