I don't like to eat oatmeal. I'll eat it ocassionally because it raw and just hae it microwaved with water. Many of you put brown sugar, but what's the point? You are avoiding sugar to begin with-that's why you are eating oatmeal.
What are my other complex carb choices?
Baked Potatoes?
Wheat bread?

sweet potatoes... mmm i eat em like theres no tomorrow... my other favs are barley and brown rice. Occasionally ill throw in some whole grain pasta (brown rice/spelt/whole wheat/whatever)... but those make up most of my diet.
Of course I love my oats too ...
why not just toss in a cup of berries and maybe a scoop of your favorite whey in your oats... can make a tasty meal
